Privacy Policy

We collect email metadata including sender address, subject line, and date. We also collect billing amounts and subscription names derived from billing-related emails.

We do NOT store email body text.

TRIM uses read-only OAuth access with the gmail.readonly scope. We only read billing-related emails to identify your subscriptions. We never read, store, or share personal email content.

We track active time per tool, session counts, and last active date. Usage data is tracked only for domains linked to your confirmed subscriptions.

Your data is used to identify subscriptions, track usage patterns, and send billing alerts before you're charged. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.

Financial records are kept for 7 years as required by law. Usage data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. We respond to all data requests within 30 days.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted using industry-standard key management practices.
